What a tremendous tool you have created. I have not only been able to draw from your outlines for certain clients but have also used some of the reference materials myself. This is a mandatory tool to have in my bag as I work with Executives and Professionals in my coaching practice. I really feel like I have an edge. It also gave me the opportunity to present a quick glance, to a prospective corporate client, of the type of direction one can take in the coaching process. In one instance, I had only a moments notice regarding a spontaneous meeting with a referral and I was able to draw upon the Skill Kit For Leaders to provide a quick print outline of what we do.
